All packages are available in 2D and 3D options, including AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, and SketchUp.
Rates shown apply to most projects between 1,000-5,000 square feet. Each property is reviewed and the project is priced based on complexity, square footage, and desired scope of work. We do not need to visit the site in order to provide a quote.

Residential As-Built Plans
PPM offers the following As-Built architectural plans for residential properties.
- Floor Plans: A detailed overhead view of a building’s layout, showing walls, doors, windows, and room dimensions.

- Reflected Ceiling Plans: A drawing that shows the ceiling layout including lights, HVAC vents, and ceiling finishes.

- Interior Elevations: Straight-on views of interior walls, highlighting built-ins, wall finishes, and vertical dimensions.
