Do You Want to Work with the Latest 3D Scanning Technology in the Field?
As Precision Property Measurements continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and reliable Architectural Scan Surveyors to join our expanding team. We serve clients across multiple regions throughout the United States, offering surveyors the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.
Our As-Built surveyors are trained in the latest 3D laser scanning technology. In this role, you will visit project sites to capture precise measurements, imagery, and building data using professional-grade LiDAR and field equipment. That data forms the foundation for the AutoCAD and BIM models our production teams deliver to architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

Every Project is Different
You will be provided with a detailed scope of work well in advance. In a typical week, you will travel to job sites, mostly within your region but occasionally other areas. You’ll climb onto rooftops to scan and operate drones, and enter attics or crawlspaces as needed to document every aspect of a structure. You will interact with clients and site contacts, provide excellent customer service and proactively communicate with your team. Professional and courteous customer service, efficient organization, clear and timely communication and reliable transportation are critical for success!
Here’s What our Team Has to Say
Lindsey Greene

"The clients are the reason that I love going into the field to measure. They share their stories about their house or lives and we get to be a part of their journey. I love that my job sends me to some of the most beautiful homes and locations in the area!"
Ben Johnson
Pacific Northwest
“I enjoy the diversity of projects that I tackle. While most of my projects are single-family homes, I’ve scanned everything from casinos to museums to synagogues. This variety of projects keeps my day-to-day fresh, interesting, and challenging.”
Daniel Noble
Southern California
"A surveyor’s day at PPM is never the same. I enjoy meeting new people and the physicality the job requires. Surveyors are able to adapt to any building type and accommodate our client’s schedules. I know our clients love our service and it makes me happy to provide it."
Ryan Yetter
Mid-Atlantic
"Being a Surveyor means understanding that it all starts with you. Being the only person that most clients will get the chance to meet face to face comes with the responsibility not only to provide pinpoint measurements to our production team, but making sure that we provide our gold standard customer service experience on site which is immensely rewarding. I love the opportunity to explore old or interesting buildings I would not otherwise have the opportunity to."
