Our As-Built surveyors are trained and skilled in the latest 3D laser scanning technology. As an As-Built surveyor for PPM, you will laser scan various buildings to gather measurements, drawings, photos, and other important building details. This information enables our production drafters to create accurate architectural As-Built plans. You are a key player in the production process!
Every Project is Different
You will be provided with a detailed scope of work well in advance. In a typical week, you will travel to job sites, mostly within your region but occasionally other areas. You’ll climb onto rooftops to scan and operate drones, and enter attics or crawlspaces as needed to document every aspect of a structure. You will interact with clients and site contacts, provide excellent customer service and proactively communicate with your team. Professional and courteous customer service, efficient organization, clear and timely communication and reliable transportation are critical for success!
